How long after I order my items will they be shipped?

Due to the handmade custom nature of our products you can select shipping method at checkout. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer or to cancel orders. We reserve the right to end a sale or discount code at any moment.
STANDARD SHIPPING: INCLUDES PRODUCTION TIME AND DELIVERY TIME. CHOOSE DATE NEEDED BY AT CHECKOUT.. IT'S ONE OF THE FASTEST DELIVERY TIMES FOR HANDMADE IN THE USA ITEMS.
RUSH ORDERS: INCLUDES A RUSH FEE FOR MAKING YOUR ORDER FASTER AND FASTER SHIPPING GUARANTEED BY A SPECIFIC DATE. THIS DATE INCLUDES PRODUCTION TIME AND DELIVERY TIME.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: delivery may take 4-6 weeks. Please email to request to upgrade to express shipping via DHL for an additional amount and faster delivery in 1-2 weeks. Email is email@example.com
What's your RETURN and EXCHANGE policy?
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is a firm policy and no returns will be accepted after 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You must pay for return shipping back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sale items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Will you restock older designs?
No. We offer new designs every season. ONCE A DESIGN SELLS OUT WE WILL NOT BRING IT BACK. These pieces are handmade fabric and supplies become out of stock and cannot be purchased again. You can try to find past designs on Facebook here: Belle Threads BST
Do the accessories/crowns/shoes/hair bows come with the clothes?
We create outfit inspirations for our customers but we do not sell everything you see in the photo. If we do sell the accessory it will say that in the listing. Please read listing carefully. Some newborn listings do allow you to purchase the headbands.
What is the difference between @bellethreads tutus and other tutus?
Belle Threads tutus are unique designs and heirloom pieces handmade in the USA. Our tutus are not constructed by tying knots on a band but are hand gathered and entirely sewn with soft tulle. This method provides longevity for your garment and allows rooms to grow. Our tulle skirts are very full and fully lined too.
What is the difference between Belle Threads dresses and other dresses?
All of our dresses are ORIGINAL DESIGNS AND SELL OUT. They are made with high quality fine fabrics with unique prints and unique material. They are completely lined and handmade in the USA. These are exclusive Belle Threads designs made with fabrics purchased in the US.
Should we purchase dresses all together for dance teams/wedding parties?
Yes we suggest that all dresses/costumes are purchased together. This is because fabric sells out and fabric colors might slightly change depending on dye lot.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes we currently ship to most counties world wide. International buyers are responsible for paying customs taxes.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking # once you order is being prepped for shipment- as long as you entered the correct email at check out.
Can I rush my order?
Yes! You can select an upgrade shipping service at check out. If there are any questions regarding your order email us at email@example.com

I have not received my package, what do I do?
We are not responsible for LOST or DELAYED packages of any kind, domestic or international. If you would like to purchase insurance on your items please contact us before placing your order and we will add it onto your shipping cost. You must also contact the Post Office with your tracking number to file a claim, if you have not received your package, so they can investigate.
Do you take custom orders/changes?
Yes but we only take a few custom order bookings each month. Please do not leave notes at checkout for color changes on tulle, ties, etc. Your order will be cancelled. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your custom order.

Do you give Photographer discounts? No
How should I wash my items?
All Items purchased should be spot cleaned/ hand washed and laid out to dry.
Please note pattern placement and colors may vary depending on your monitors brightness, contrast, etc. Our garments frequently sell out and if a fabric is sold out it will not be released again.
Please contact us via the website. Due to the high volume of inquiries it make take up to 5 days to receive a response.
