How long after I order my items will they be shipped?

REGULAR ORDERS: Due to the handmade custom nature of our products you can select delivery time at checkout.  If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.  We want you to be happy with your purchasing experience.  We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. 


USPS First Class Mail: 3-7 days

USPS Priority: 2-3 days

USPS Express: 1-2 days

This does not include production time it is only shipping time. International orders can take anywhere from 14-21 days. Please keep in mind that sometimes I do create labels in advance before a product is ready to be shipped.  

Will you restock older designs?

No.  We offer new designs every season.  Since these pieces are handmade fabric and supplies become out of stock and cannot be purchased again.  You can try to find old designs on Facebook here: Belle Threads BST 

Do the accessories/crowns/shoes/hair bows come with the clothes?

No we only make the clothes.  We create outfit inspirations for our customers.  We do not sell the hair accessories, shoes or any other accessory with the outfit.  The clothes do not come with any accessories.  Please read listing carefully.

What is the difference between @bellethreads tutus and other tutus?

These are not constructed by tying knots on a band but are hand gathered and entirely sewn with soft tulle. This method provides longevity for your garment and allows rooms to grow. Our tulle skirts are very full and fully lined too. 

What is the difference between Belle Threads dresses and other dresses?

All of our dresses are completely lined and handmade in the USA.  These are limited designs made with fabrics purchased in the US.  

Should we purchase dresses all together for dance teams/wedding parties?

Yes we suggest that all dresses/costumes are purchased together.  This is because fabric sells out and fabric colors might slightly change depending on dye lot.  

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes we currently ship to most counties world wide.  International buyers are responsible for paying customs taxes.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking # once you order is being prepped for shipment- as long as you entered the correct email at check out.

How do I make a change after I order?

We DO NOT accept changes once your order has been placed.   We do not make size or order changes after you order.  Your order will be cancelled if you request a size, order change.  Your order will also be cancelled if you add a date that you need the order by.   PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS.

I have not received my package, what do I do?

We are not responsible for LOST or DELAYED packages of any kind, domestic or international. If you would like to purchase insurance on your items please contact us before placing your order and we will add it onto your shipping cost. You must also contact the Post Office with your tracking number to file a claim, if you have not received your package, so they can investigate.

Do you take custom orders/changes?

YES please do not leave notes at checkout for color changes on tulle, ties, etc.  Your order will be cancelled.  Please email to discuss your custom order.

Do you give Photographer discounts?

Yes we give a 20% off discount to photographers in exchange for use of their watermarked photography and credit to the photo. Please visit photographers page


How should I wash my items?

All Items purchased should be spot cleaned/ hand washed and laid out to dry.

What's your RETURN and EXCHANGE policy?

Returns - We DO NOT offer returns.  However, we will gladly offer a store credit for full priced items.  If you used a discount on your order you may not return or exchange it.

PLEASE NOTE: All items purchased during a sale or with a coupon code, custom orders, personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns for store credit must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, unopened, unwashed and with all original tags/packaging.  If the item does not meet this criteria it will be sent back.  It must be sent back within 3 days after delivery.  

Exchanges - We DO NOT offer exchanges.  You may return it to us and we will offer you store credit.

Price Adjustment:  We do not adjust prices.

Additional information? 

Please note pattern placement and colors may vary depending on your monitors brightness, contrast, etc.  Our garments frequently sell out and if a fabric is sold out it will not be released again.
