Plan, plan, plan! Here are a few tips and tricks to help you survive this experience with your little ones.

Pretty Threads

Make sure to pack your Disney gear! Disney is a magical place filled with so many opportunities to use your imagination and your little ones will want to do just that. All of the children throughout Disney get into the fun by either dressing in Disney inspired outfits such as our two piece sets, leotards or costumes so they can dress up as their favorite princess, pirate, or wearing accessories featuring their character of choice.

Stay Hydrated and Pack Snacks

Florida and California can both get pretty hot, especially because you are standing or walking around. As a mom, you know nothing can ruin your fun more than a cranky or hungry little one! Make sure that you bring water bottles and pack snacks to keep the kids fed and happy. It also helps you avoid spending a fortune on park beverages and food. Save that for dining with the characters, which kids absolutely love!

Bring Fans

Whether you bring a hand-held fan, one that you can fill with water to cool mist you in the sun, or the clip-on’s for your stroller, it’s a good idea to bring one along to help beat the heat.

Bring Ponchos

Rain or shine, you want to make sure to be ready. In case it rains, it’s nice to be hands free! Bring ponchos for you and the kids so you are able to get on rides and walk around without an umbrella getting in the way.

Energy

Yes, you want to have energy to walk around and make it through an entire day of fun, but you also need to charge your phone and/or cameras. Make sure to bring a fully charged, portable battery pack and an extra battery for your camera. You want to be able to have your phone because of all of the Disney apps that are available to help navigate the parks, particularly to use Fast Pass for skipping the lines. You also don’t want to miss out on a great shot or video because your camera has called it quits!

When going to Disney World (or Land) there is a lot to pack, a lot to remember, and a lot to do! But it is all worth it in the end when you see your little one’s enjoying the pretend play of the magic of Disney!
