Shipping & Returns

Due to the handmade custom nature of our products you can select shipping method at checkout.  If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. 

USA ORDERS: Standard Shipping Delivery in 1-2 WEEKS.

RUSH MY ORDER SHIPPING: INCLUDES PRODUCTION TIME (Please note rush orders/shipping are FINAL SALE.  They are not refundable or can be exchanged or eligible for store credit as they are custom made for you).  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: take anywhere from 3-4 weeks.  Please email to request to upgrade to express shipping via DHL for an additional amount and faster delivery in 1-2 weeks.

We ship all orders from our studio in New Jersey.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day. 

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 2 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

International Orders

All international packages are shipped via USPS or DHL at Belle Threads' discretion. We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. Belle Threads assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.

What's your RETURN and EXCHANGE policy?

Returns - We DO NOT offer returns.  However, we will gladly offer a store credit for full priced items.  If you used a discount on your order you may not return or exchange it.

PLEASE NOTE: All items purchased during a sale or with a coupon code, custom orders, personalized orders, orders with glitter are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at all.  

Returns for store credit: must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, unopened, unwashed and with all original tags/packaging.  If the item does not meet this criteria it will be sent back.  It must be sent back within 7 days after delivery.  

Customers are responsible for all store credit shipping fees. Belle Threads is not responsible for untraceable or lost shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your order.

Exchanges: We DO NOT offer exchanges.  You may return it to us and we will offer you store credit.  You will have to pay for item again with store credit plus shipping.  

Price Adjustment:  We do not adjust prices.
