ORDER SHIPS

US ORDERS: Our outfits are made in New Jersey and we ship from our dress lab in NJ.  You can choose your delivery date at checkout.  This is an estimate and if you need your order guaranteed by a specific date please choose the rush shipping option.

RUSH MY ORDER SHIPPING: INCLUDES PRODUCTION TIME AND DELIVERY TIME 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: delivery may take 3-4 weeks.  Please email to request to upgrade to express shipping via DHL for an additional amount and faster delivery in 1-2 weeks.  Email is hello@bellethreads.com

All international packages are shipped via USPS or DHL at Belle Threads' discretion. We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. Belle Threads assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.

Due to the handmade custom nature of our products you can select shipping method at checkout.  If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer or to cancel orders.  We reserve the right to end a sale or discount code at any moment.  

SIZING QUESTIONS

Please ask us any questions about sizing via the chat button on our website or email us at hello@bellethreads.com We like to answer your questions and we can help you choose the right size.  You are also welcome to ask us any questions about measurements regarding your order.   Do not add any extra inches. A soft tape measure is recommended.

Where to measure: chest around (bust area), waist around (area above hips), shoulder to knee

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  This is a firm policy and no returns will be accepted after 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You must pay for return shipping back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon deliveyr and contact us immediately WITHIN 24 HOURS if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sale items.  Final Sale Items (no returns, no store credit, no exchanges)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@bellethreads.com.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.  Please be careful of any marks on the item.  We do not offer price adjustments.  

ORDER STATUS
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day. 

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation. 

LOCAL PICK UPS
Local pick up orders must be picked up by appointment only.  Our store is only open for appointments.
